us with your e-mail address so we may get back to you. Your request
will be answered in 8-12 hours. We DO NOT have ANY hidden costs,
so when we give you a quote, you will get the REAL PRICE, which
is our only price. If you prefer, you can send us an e-mail and
attach your artwork and coin specifications (Size, Finish, Color,
etc...).
Die fee charges are specific to coin size. To determine your fee, view our Price list (Certain
special coin sizes or shapes cost more than others.). Your die fee
is a one time fee and is not charged on subsequent orders.
The process of ordering coins is simple. These are the steps to
follow:
- Design Idea. This
is an important decision, so make sure you know exactly what you
want. If you need help deciding on certain design ideas, NO PROBLEM.
We will help you with your artwork at no charge. You must have
written permission for items that are copyrighted. We will not
be responsible if you do not. We accept your artwork in nearly
any format. Send us what you have.
- Send us the design
and let us know the following: How many coins you plan on order?
What size coins?. - 1.5", 1.75", 2" What finish?.
- Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Shiny Gold, Shiny Silver? Color?
- On one side or both?. What other options you want?: Clear epoxy,
diamond/swirl cut, consecutive numbering.
- Confirm order. Once
you place an order you will need to confirm is by paying your
order in advance. Once this is done we will begin artwork and
provide you a final design within 2 to 3 days.
 Final
design. Once you receive your final design (We
will make as many revisions as you need) Send us a written approval.
Upon written approval we will begin your order.
- Wait The hardest part. Once
your order is placed it will take approximately 3-4 weeks to receive
them.
- Coins arrive! Your
coins will be delivered to the address you gave us. All orders
are insured and sent with tracking information. As of this date,
we have never lost an order or sent one to the wrong address.
- Enjoy! You are
going to love your coins! Take time to inspect and see the HIGH
QUALITY detail and WORKMANSHIP that went into your coins.
- Reorder Coins
go quick. Re-orders only require an e-mail and payment. Re-orders
are much quicker than the initial order because no die design
work is required. Order in enough time so you do not run out.
Yes, we do! Like many other companies, we are forced to levy an
additional charge, however ours is only 10%. That price is figured
into the coin total only (not die fees or shipping). When we receive
your rush payment, we push your coin order to the head of the production
queue.
Rush orders are normally received within 21 days.
